Hi Breezey people,

Welcome to this weeks Friday Email. Claire has been away on holiday this week and so is unable to write the email so this is just a quick update on what's on and it will be back to normal next week. We still have some great news for you and of course you will all notice the new look to the email, we hope you like it!

New Timetable
We have our new timetable nearly ready for you to replace the current Summer timetable. This will start from Monday 6th September. Thank you for all your great input that we have recieved in regards to the new timetable. We hope to have it sent to you all early next week.


Bank Holiday Weekend
This Bank Holiday weekend we are please to offer a great choice of classes for you all to enjoy. The only changes are as follows:

Due to Salema being away her Jivamukti classes over the weekend have been cancelled - thats 7pm tonight, 3pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.

On Sunday Janine's 11.30am Iyengar on has also been cancelled.

On Bank Holiday Monday we are closing a little early with Anna's 8pm Meditation and Diane's 8.15pm Hot Yoga Flow 2 both being cancelled.

Pilates Tip of the Week
So what is it? Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

Your core strength is your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. Through pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles.

Pilates also provides a complete body workout (you will be working muscles you didn't even know you had!), and it helps you develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body to work in tune...

Teacher profile - Deena



Deena fell in love with yoga 18 years ago and was hooked after her first class. She trained with some remarkable teachers who have inspired her to explore and teach yoga.

Deena's teaching emphasizes body and breath awareness. She teaches Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Deena is British Wheel of Yoga qualified which includes 5 years of excellent training. Her training also includes Sivananda and many amazing teachers of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga worldwide.

Deena believes that anyone can practice yoga whatever your age and whatever you believe your limitations are.
